Mango Chicken Nachos


Mango Chicken Nachos

Lightly dust 2 cups of cubed chicken breasts with corn starch and lightly brown on medium heat until golden (about 4 minutes per side).

Layer nachos on a baking sheet, then a layer of chicken, chopped green onions.

  • 4-5 Tbls. of your favorite Sohot Sauce
  • 1 cup of diced tomates
  • 1/2 cupgoats cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella or monterey jack
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 4-5 tablespoons of Sweet Serrender or your substitute with your favorite SOHOT Sauce.

Bake at 425 until golden, or cheese is melted (about 20-25 minutes) Mangia! Sweet Surrender can also be added to spice up a mango salsa and is a nice complement to strong cheddar.
